Update: while I didnt have success with sending an email, the Customer Service Rep I spoke with was super. New unit on the way. Hopefully complete and working this time! Product came without a power cord and the fan will not power on. When I reached out to customer service, it was requested that I send them proof of purchase plus a video showing how it didn't work and I have sent all those things and have not heard back.

This does NOT work!

The purifier barely picked up any hair. I returned it and waited for my refund. It never came. I eventually had to call customer service, and then it was issued. However, if I hadn't made that call and kept track of things, I'm unsure if I would have ever received a refund. Overall, this product is not worth the money.

Does it’s job

I have several cats and this air purifier picks up the cat fur tumbleweeds blowing and spiraling around my apartment. Depending on where the fur starts and the direction the fur is traveling the machine gets about 95% of it. It worked so well in my living room I bought a second one for my bedroom.
