I have tried the strips and now the gummies! These have a great taste and have a little more Biotin than the strips so I am expecting good results as the strips was effective in noticing beard and nail growth!

I've tried several other beard focused vitamins over the years from other companies and can say that these work very well in comparison. I don't take them all the time, usually every few years I cut my beard down short and then want to grow it back out a little faster so I use these to aid in that.
