This furniture is overpriced for what you get, and their customer service is horrible. I purchased this couch and matching chair on 6/24. After weeks of waiting I finally reached out to customer service, and while they did eventually respond, they were not able to help. Fast forward to today 8/5 and while I do have the couch and most of the chair, I’m missing the chair legs and some of the hardware needed to fully assemble the chair…and customer servoce has stopped answering my emails. Would not recommend.
