It is very important to have structure when training this program offers that. The warmups, exercises and drills are great and you are never out of ideas, because you always know what you need to do.

I purchased the program for my 11 year old only a few days ago. Firstly, the process prior to purchase was very good, with Carsten helping me through a lot of the questions and easing my worries. I have been using the program now for a few days, and , while it is too early to say if any improvements are visible, I can say that the exercises are explained cogently and with clarity, making it easy to follow along. Kudos to the team.
