Ordered Proline Vortex Insert Range Hood, horrible customer service

Ordered this range, the following items came damaged: spacers dented, baffles don’t fit (very loose, and fall off), head screw for the handles no where to grip the screw to screw into the handle. I have made numerous calls, with great promises from Dianna, to ship damage items and ensure, I receive correct baffles, so I cannot use the hood. It appears my request has fallen on death ears. Dianna does not return calls and no follow through. This is now two weeks and I am still waiting. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.

I found Proline brand on the internet, the product looked good and appears to be solidly build in China. I had to return the first purchase which went pretty smooth and then I ordered the Vortex 28-inch model. Arrived right on time in good condition. When I finished the installation which was simple enough I discovered that one of the louvers was missing the curved washers and the respective screws. So I called the customer service immediately and asked if they could send me the missing items. It took them, I believe, two days to notify me that the missing items were shipped via USPS (which is known to be the slowest on delivery). As of today, the seventh (7) day the item is still missing. The USPS tracking webpage still shows that " Label for shipping has been created". So folks the customer service after sale is poor. I had to go to Home Depot to find appropriate screws to mount the handles and I couldn't locate the curved washers. This is a minor issue but imagine if you have parts ordered or need any repair under warranty what would could happen??

Excellent Service/Support and Product

The service and support from Proline was Steller! He had an issue with custom hood the proline vent was going into and Proline worked with us through a couple of exchanges to help us get the vent that would not just fit our hood but met our air flow needs! From start to Finish they were excellent! The Vent itself works wonderfully. We cannot recommended them enough!
