I think this magnesium is the best on the market, 5 stars, easy ordering, fast shipping, great product.

This has to the be the most impactful Magnesium i've ever taken. My REM sleep increased, and I've become more relaxed. Nick suggested I dose throughout the day and not just at night, so he's there for customer support. I appreciate the discounts the company provides. I'll continue being a loyal customer!

I've only used used Four in One Magnesium Complex for a few days. I did notice that I slept a couple of hours longer before waking up having to go potty on the second night. At present I'm on a 3 day fast and won't be taking it now until I start eating again. I'd been wanting a good magnesium supplement for a while and had also wanted D3 and K2. I had heard that D3 and K2 worked together from a Doctor I had listened to on the Internet who mentioned getting a pill with both of them. I was actually planing on looking for such a supplement the next time I was at the co-op where I shop twice a month when I found this. To me it felt like it was heaven sent to find this. From the website I learned more about magnesium and also more about how it, D3 and K2 work together. I'm delighted to find this. I also like the fact that it's in 3 capsules so it doesn't have to be taken all at once. I believe I've been one of the multitude who has been deficit in D3 and K2 for years and am not worried about a D3 overdose. If that ever does become a concern it's easy to just take less. In addition, I like being able to get my needs met and support good human beings that are working to make life better.
