Works too well

Love the design not so much the functioning. Purifier fan runs on high all day if it is set on auto and it can be quite loud. However; it is doing what it is designed to do; eliminating pollutants in the air. Bought the signature air purifier to minimize odor from ciggerette smoke in an open living area while attempting to quit smoking and to keep my house from smelling like an ashtray. So far the purifier is working pretty good and I am looking forward to being smoke free in the next few days and hopefully getting rid of the smoke smell in my house. The signature purifier not only helps eliminate odors but it has also kept the allergens in the air to a minimum as well as the dog dander and dust. My hope is that when the smoke smell has dissipated the purifier will only run as necessary and on a lower fan setting like the blue pure 311i+ does, as the fan speed sound can be rather loud & distracting.

What a difference clean air makes

We absolutely love our Blue Signature air purifier. The automatic function works mysteriously well. I say mysteriously because it kicks up when it senses the air is dirty and the power just kicks up as needed to clear. Allergies have definitely not been as bad this year as they have been in previous years.

Not what I was told by customer support

Was Told this model contained both VOC and particle sensors. It did not, I returned it. The only reasonably sized model in the medium sized one and it lacks the full suite of particle sensors.
