Wanted to love it, quality is off

I was very excited for this shirt jacket but it seems to be a 'miss'. Material is soft and cozy, but the garment is shockingly heavy - the chest pockets are quite bulky and disrupt the drape of the shirt. More of a concern, I've noticed loose threads in the sleeves and the fabric isn't very durable - I already see signs of tearing at stress points (despite being a looser fit). I don't expect this piece to wear well with time which is a shame for the price.

Mid weight jacket

This is more of a jacket than a shirt. It will be plenty warm for California weather. My only complaints is the price point. I used rewards and discounts to bring the price down. Runs true to size
