I called your company and was surprised that a person answered the phone. I was able to tell him what I needed, place the order and have it shipped right away. Almost non of my customers or vendors answer phones any more and if they do you have to go through the electronic gate keeper before they do answer. Keep doing the great job! You guys need to reach out to mcmastercarr. I have been buying hundreds of Ranold brand caps from them at $7 a pack of 10 the past year costing me hundreds. If I had known that your caps existed I would 100% bought from you instead. Although their caps are for industrial applications and being chemical resistant, I strongly believe you should have a place in their catalog. The fit of your cap is superior tenfold and honestly a better overall product. I’m very happy with them and will only be buying from you guys going forwards
