No flexibility of vest. Tight. Yeah, makes you sweat I'll give it that, but fabric sticks to sweat basically making suction to the skin. Ridiculous how much effort to take off since it won't pull off easily with tightness and no flexibility. No I remembered why I hated and stopped wearing vests for this reason. Heat trapping waist toner would have been a better option. Now I'm stuck w 2 vests since final sale.
