I ordered the supersized bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it arrived on the exact date I requested. The flowers looked exactly like the photos, and the size was genuinely impressive. My girlfriend absolutely loved them. My only issue was the customer service, as there was some confusion with the delivery status and it took several calls to get confirmation. Overall, though, the flowers themselves were beautiful and worth it.

The flowers are fine, but ordered them on Wednesday evening for dilivery Thirsday, only to be called at 9.30am to be told they couldn’t deliver until Friday. Not great when they advertise same day delivery and it was for a special occasion
