Runs small, but very cute

I purchased four 7/8 pieces of clothing from Mila & Rose. Two fit perfectly, this was too small. It just fit in the body and arm length. I am returning it for 9/10. I am disappointed that I have to pay return shipping and shipping for the new top. I was afraid that if I waited for an exchange it might sell out.
