Best customer service and open to feedback

Devin called me directly to ask for my feedback as well as help me troubleshoot the issues I was having. I've never had that level of customer service before. He was very kind, patient, and ultimately helped me solve my issue and gave me more value that I expected or could ask for. I will 100% come back for more and see what else they develop here at Eleven Percent because this is the sort of service that one can only hope to get. Thank you so much!

Stressful

It's been giving me a hard time

Amazing customer service

I was having a ton of issues for the 1st 2 days and I didn't know what else to do, thats when I emailed, i sent the company a DM on IG and wrote to the company by discord. Today everything changed. Devin himself messaged with me back and forth at first trying to troubleshoot the problem. He then took the time to get on a zoom call with me for a really long time and help me make sure to find the solution. Amazing service. I love the product as well. Trying to get started and thanks to Devin help, I now have a starting point. I love the product so much I purchased a few of their plug ins. Highly recommend.
