I was having a ton of issues for the 1st 2 days and I didn't know what else to do, thats when I emailed, i sent the company a DM on IG and wrote to the company by discord. Today everything changed. Devin himself messaged with me back and forth at first trying to troubleshoot the problem. He then took the time to get on a zoom call with me for a really long time and help me make sure to find the solution. Amazing service. I love the product as well. Trying to get started and thanks to Devin help, I now have a starting point. I love the product so much I purchased a few of their plug ins. Highly recommend.

I had problem to install Auto Edit plugin on my Mac. Devin was very kind to take prompt care of my issue. He walked me through the process and troubleshooted the problem until the plugin got installed and started to work. He didn’t give up and let me till the end! Very customer oriented and supportive.
