So far everything I've cooked and used the temps is spot on, Love that I can keep it right handy near the griddle.

As a new griddle owner I bought this to have on hand for reference. I look at it all the time as I try cooking new things. I find it to be super valuable and being magnetic is clutch. Must have for any newbie griddle owner!
