Strong but often fall off

The magnets are very strong however on my Hotronix Fusion IQ the magnets placed on the back will not stay on very well when using the finishing sheets. They will slip and stick between the casing and the heating element which is very inconvenient and hard to get back out. Maybe it’s the press or our placement.
