The Halftime Smoker

Used Half Time Smoker for the first time last week. Put 3 slabs of baby back ribs as instruced in the smoker, used a large garden propane torch to light the charcoal, waited until the charcoal was burning well, waited an hour and 15 minutes, opened the smoker, pulled out one tack of ribs to test texture and flavor... perfect. Off I went to the kitchen oven for a coating of BBQ sauce and a few minutes under the broiler... Perfect, best ribs I've made.

As advertised i was able to cook three slabs of ribs in one hour, and they were delicious. However, their packaging was questionable, the top of the halftime smoker was dented and it took me a couple of days to get it right.

Did not get everything that was promised.Gloves wood chips. And the carving knife?
