I really like the shoes. This is the second pair I’m buying, I needed an exchange because I bought the wrong size for my wife, but there’s just no customer service at all. I’ve sent more than one emails. I got no reply. Therefore I have to make a low reading review here trying to get some attention.

Feedback on LUXIAOJUN Knee Sleeves 7mm

Unfortunately, even though we ordered the largest available size, XL, they were still too small. They got stuck around my calves, and I couldn’t pull them up over my knees. Could you please let us know if you have a larger size available or whether an exchange or return is possible? Thank you.
