Plantar Fascitis Kit

I am disappointed in the inner soles that were sent in this package. The arch is not very strong and I did not feel any different with them. I do really like the flips and do not have pain when walking in the house with them. The roller is probably helping a little but I am getting the best relief with Koprez compression sleeves. I would send the kit back and request a refund but I do like the flips.
