This is the second time we have purchased this product and we hope it lasts as long as the previous which moved house with us twice.

20m Hose Reel
I have not had a hose reel before so I cannot make a direct comparison to other hose reels. With this reel, at some points, the hose is hard to pull out requiring a lot of release and re-pull to fully unwind. When rewinding, it requires multiple tugs to get past sticking points and fully rewind. It appears to be due to the hose bunching in the centre on rewinding and then being "pinched" inside the reel when trying to unwind. A controlled winding mechanism that moves the hose evenly to left and right may be a solution.
