Suzuki Outboard Complete Oil Change Kit -DF75A/90A

You sent me the oil on Thursday, but you didn’t send me the oil pump that I need to put the oil in the lower unit. I called as soon as I got the package and was told that the pump would be sent using priority mail. It’s now Saturday and the USPS tracking is telling me that you never delivered the pump to them. I wanted to go fishing today and the lower unit has already been drained. Very unhappy with your customer service!

Best price online , so good I was skeptical of the business but they shipped out the same day cuz I ordered early in the morning and within 2 days I had it delivered. Talk about great service!
