Women's Train Orthotics - Insole for Exercise

I’ve purchased these insoles before. Work very well in my Brooks workout tennis shoes. Happy with my purchase.

Great product

Provides great support for my feet. I have Plantar issues and need good support. I have very high arches and also need good support for the ball of my feet. This provides both. Since using these in my shoes my knee pain has decreased and also my plantar pain has decreased. I am able to walk longer without pain. Have ordered several pair to put in other shoes.

These have been in very pair of sneakers I own for years

I first started using these arches when I went to a “real” running shoe store and they recommended them for my high arches/instep. I also had Morton’s neuroma surgery years ago, so I pay attention to my footware. These have been amazing. They eliminated my foot and hip pain (I live in sneakers). When I strained an Achilles last year, the podiatrist was happy to see them in my shoes. I won’t wear sneakers without them!
