Bad company! Just not.good people! I ordered virtually every thing they sell from this neckband , pro dock, charging adapter ultra, type c extension, type c magnetic extension, type c magnetic adapter, sun shade and the beast xr glasses. They glass never showed but i paid for the shipping ins. I thought this was a scam, its not, the other items arrived. But they told me just order another pair. What?! Then i had to be interrogated and had to a virtual notary made me feel like a criminal. That also.cost $25! Smh. For them to take over 2 weeks to say hey were sorry. Here is $20 gift card. What?! Took you rhat long to offer a pittance of what i spent. Do the math for all the items . Smh. They only care about their pockets. There are plenty of other companys that offer the same product. Go with them. Anyone else. Im reporting them to the bbb. If theyre even registered. Doubtful. But you need to know what kind of company uoure dealing with! Stay away!!!!!

New form factor for smartphone
I love the idea - your smartphone becomes hands-free, sitting around your neck. Neckband delivers on the promise, but... it's not a mature, polished product yet.
- Spacewalker mode is annoying to navigate with gestures. For just sharing my PC's screen I would often just launch Moonlight in Android mode so that I don't need to care about virtual screen position.
- The Android itself kinda doesn't know what device it's running on. Some settings are in "Settings" some are in "Quick settings" only, the notification drawer isn't easily accessible.
- Neckband Remote app is a must for navigation and it works perfectly most of the time, but sometimes keyboard is not proxied from Neckband to the NR app and you have to use remote touchpad to type on the screen projected from glasses.
- The battery in Neckband Pro is OK, but it's not great. Couple of times I wanted to extend my use time and needed to hook myself into charger. I could totally accept larger mass of the Neckband Pro if it meant larger battery capacity.
Having said all that - it's a pleasure to play or watch using the combo of Neckband Pro and Viture glasses. For a couple of hours you don't need any cable, once you start the movie your hands are free and you can do whatever you like while the picture is still in front of you. A perfect solution for house chores!
