Women's Memory Foam Orthotics W/ Metatarsal Support

I'm very happy with this product. My 53 year old feet have a number of ailments and these have helped so much. I didn't want to spend this much money on inserts, but I was so pleased I bought a second set. Great cushion and the metatarsal pad is placed perfectly- at least for my feet. I trimmed a bit off the toe area to fit them into my snowboarding boots. Then bought another pair for hiking/ walking shoes.

The product ordered has not yet arrived and the tracking system has stalled out at some earlier date indicating they were in transit. Please advise how you will resolve this issue. Thx
