I am a runner and have experienced arch and heel pain for years but more so in the heel with tremendous pain and tenderness. These inserts, that I wear in my everyday boots and my running shoes have provided much needed support and relief. I will be buying another pair to keep from taking out of one shoe and putting in another.

I work on the floor at an Amazon distribution center. Averaging 10 miles a day. Tried the Hero inserts. They were too thin. The L6200 is thicker and moulds to my foot. Only problem I have. They should line the top with the cloth textured layer like the dress inserts used would prevent sliding when your feet sweats. They should offer this thickness in a lower arch for folks that are almost flat footed. Also anther style with full padding for the ball of the foot. This is a huge pressure point Amazon workers suffer from.
