Women's Compete Posted Orthotics

Very comfortable inserts. I do wish they came in extra wide, sometimes it feels like my toes are hitting the edge of the orthotic in my sneakers. But overall great, will probably purchase another set.

I have very flat feet and have tried various supports on Amazon. This has been expensive and they have not been comfortable. My foot surgeon recommended Aetrex L420 for women for my flat feet. I just ordered another pair, as they are SUPER comfortable and properly support my feet. I wear a size 7 foot but the size 8 fits perfectly. I have been throwing my money away on Amazon, trying this and that arch support.

This really helped extend the wear of my many pairs of your shoes. It does not feel like a custom fit however it certain helps me with my walk. I just do not understand that even though I have many pairs other Aetrex shoes and rotate them each day several of them have the innersole wear out although the shoe itself looks like it is in excellent condition. I had brought it up with your customer service department but did not get a satisfactory answer.
