I am happy with these. I was using medical grade footbeds and a met pad, but other parts of my foot became sore. My podiatrist recommended these, and I find them more comfortable and easy on my feet than the others. I will buy more.

Not For My Arch Pain

I tried the insoles for 30 minutes to 1 hour per day for a month, they made my arch pain worse. They look good quality, but they are not for my arch pain. The arch support is too high and too thick for my flat feet, makes them uncomfortable to wear. I only had arch pain in my right foot before I wore these insoles, now my left foot arch is fatigue too. The customer service is good.
