Could Be Better
Like the size. Not fond of the somewhat cumbersome effort required to get the carriers in and out without tipping the carriers. If the contents have any liquid in the casserole dish, it's going to wind up in the thermal carrier. If you're using a hot water bath, as I've sen suggested...just a hot mess waiting to happen.

My items arrived at my door step. Wish there was more communication as to when my items would arrive. I was out of town and saw they my servellance cameras a big box on my door step. I wasn’t notified about the delivery and my neighborhood is bad! I wasn’t notified 2 hours away from home, which made my driving experience anxious to get that box in safety! Luckily it was still there when I arrived.
The items are as described. Looking forward to using them sometime soon
