Bag is great. Unfortunately, I can't say that about customer service. I have a defective serving dish & customer service has not answered my request after 2 weeks of warrantee request

Could Be Better
Like the size. Not fond of the somewhat cumbersome effort required to get the carriers in and out without tipping the carriers. If the contents have any liquid in the casserole dish, it's going to wind up in the thermal carrier. If you're using a hot water bath, as I've sen suggested...just a hot mess waiting to happen.
