To: whom it may concern. I am extremely displeased with your company customer service. I have sent multiple emails explaining that the wrong size product was sent and for over 2 week now all I've received from your staff is the same email over and over ( our team is looking into your request) I have sent pictures of your product still in it's original package and still you refuse to address the situation at first I only wanted to exchange the hoodie for the right size ( XL ) but after all the unnecessary back and forth you can keep your merchandise and I'll request a refund.
