50mm diameter foot holds. These are perfect half spheres made from solid beech. Their profile and texture makes them hard to use for your feet whilst not being dependent on having a brand new pair of shoes. Great for improving core tension and footwork whilst also saving your shoe rubber. Warning: these are tough!
