Beige linen suit with optional jacket, cap and shoes.

I recently purchased the Beige Linen Suit with Optional Jacket, Cap and Shoes for my son’s upcoming christening. While the quality of the clothing itself is lovely, I was very disappointed with the ordering process. The website shows options for shoes and suspenders, but there was no way to choose them when placing the order. I expected to be contacted to confirm my preferences, but instead I was sent items I didn’t want (leather loafers and white suspenders instead of Oxford shoes and beige suspenders). I contacted the team about this issue but unfortunately have not received any response. With the christening approaching, this has been a stressful experience. I hope the company improves its communication and ordering process to match the quality of their products
