So far is the best product I have used. My beard has never been softer. This scent smells like new leather boots and is amazing, but my favorite scent so far is the sample of crimson I received

The products work as advertised. My beard instantly felt softer and looked fuller. The butters have a great scent as well. My only issue is the pump on the shampoo bottle does not work. For some reason there was an additional pump packed into my kit and that does not work either. Maybe there was a QC procedure that showed the original pump wasn't working and instead of making a mess replacing it they just added a spare pump? That's the only explanation I can think of but either way it's a bit of a hassle using the shampoo now. The pump on the conditioner works fine. It would be appreciated if a working pump could be sent. I emailed customer service about this as well and hope to hear back soon.
