Gusset falls out

I waited almost 2 months to receive my full order. The only communication from Nuage was when I reached out a month in to check on it. They sent a chipper email promising new material and quality but no information on the timeline. I received this part of my order shortly after. The rest of my order took another month to show up. The briefs are soft and fit nicely. But after a couple hours of wearing, the gusset comes unattached (it is barely glued on). I've had menstrual pads with better adhesion. Not worth the money or time.

Like the High Rise but miss the style that wasn't quite as high

I like the NuCloud High Rise, but the original style was nice too. I'd like to have options. Also, one pair are already coming apart, and I've only worn them 3 times at the most. This is unusual but disappointing.

No panty line

I’ve finally found the panty I’ve been looking for - for years. Panty line is so unattractive and embarrassing. Wearing a thong or going commando is unacceptable to me. The Nu Cloud provides invisible comfort (like wearing nothing) yet provides the lined crotch protection. Customer service was fabulous the refund for my original purchase - I did not order the right size - my mistake as I sized up which I usually do with other panties. Ordering according to their size recommendation provided the perfect fit. Only negative comment was long wait for product.
