Exactly what you want, plus more than you asked for. When brewed at 200c the bright cherry notes shine but doesn’t overwhelm. A blast of flavor subsides into what I can only describe as the “classic” coffee body and flavor. Refined, flavorful, smooth, rich, I wouldn’t hesitate to drink this everyday
