Not bad. Easy to attach and velcro holds good. Amazon BFR equivalent velcro does NOT stretch while this one has slight stretching (which the other one hasn't) (Same with thigh velcro BFR) Would be better if the arm and leg was distinguishable. For me, it was next day delivery which was excellent
