The rating is 3 only because the fragrance is ok. I ordered 8 items. I was unable to ascertain if I'd purchased a pre order item from invoice. Auto gen email read like I could request all other items not on pre-order to be sent out prior. It indicated to me that if I sent an email, I would get a response. Otherwise I would receive all items at the same time.... no time frame given... no response from multiple emails aaaand 6 weeks later,.. the product arrives.
