This is definitely a sweet flavored tea. The barley gives it a "baked good/flour" flavor. It's not my favorite but it is accurate.

First time I tried this flavor, and i love it! It tastes just like a sugar cookie and with no artificial flavors. I also gave a box to a friend who is diabetic so she could enjoy the cookie flavor without worrying about sugar.
