Damage to one of the crossbars

The rack I purchased was everything I hoped for except one of the crossbars has a small hole in it. Small enough to where I noticed after installing. Definitely looks machine made and not shipping damage. I’ve reached out to your customer support already. Worried that this may result in limiting the life span of the crossbar over time. I was hoping to receive a replacement crossbar. Thank you
