I like being able to modify my workouts similar to the instructor, so I bought this to add into the KSL routines that use it. It's great! Definitely adding an extra layer of challenge to moves that use it.

This little ball is amazing. I didn't know what I was missing. The difference in my core workouts by using this is amazing. I definitely feel it working. Do yourself a favor and get it. It will not disappoint.
