Imola - Road Bike

I installed the parts properly. Double checked that. Watched assembly videos and read the instructions before the bike even showed up to my door. The pedal busted out of the crank arm on a ride. I contacted Tommasso over email and they responded asking me to call so they could offer solutions. So i did and Mike Eddy wouldn't hear anything i said and blamed everything on me, telling me i didnt read the instructions "like most customers." He then proceeded to say "we could see if we have a used part laying around in a couple days that we could sell you or you can take it to a bike shop." You could've saved the phone call and given me your bs excuses over email, Mike Eddy. The bike is decent but if i wanted decent, i would've gotten a bike from Walmart. Don't waste your money.
