Home grown Braeburn apples have a complex and deep flavour. When you bite into a tree ripened Braeburn apple, there is a rush of strong apple flavours. The overall flavour is sharp and refreshing but with a good balance of sweetness - and never sugary. They are crisp, without being hard, and very juicy. Braeburn stores very well though
