It's mini. It's watery, so presumably it's hydrating and if you aim it at your face, it sprays. So, technically, it's exactly what it claims to be. However, it sprays so unevenly that you feel like on one side of your face, you get waterboarded and on the other side, the gentlest misty kiss.
