Large Treehouse Switch | 8812 Switch | Top and Front Open | 8"x8"x12"

I'm genuinely a big fan of their enclosures, they're fantastic! However, their customer service isn’t the best. My new enclosure arrived but it came with the incorrect lid. I've sent a couple of emails over the past 2 or so weeks trying to get this sorted, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm really excited to get everything set up, but I can't move forward without the specific lid I originally ordered , it's essential for this particular enclosure. I could rebuy just the lid but I want to avoid the extra expense of buying another one, especially since the correct lid was already part of my initial purchase.

My order did not ship out for over a week and once I reached out it seems like they just forgot to ship it. The treehouse is not accurate to the dimensions on the website. It comes up just under 8 inches wide and is only 11.5 inches tall. If it had just been those two issues I would have brushed it off, but it wasn't. I got moss branches that are described as bendable on the website but it's actually stated as rigid on the packaging which is true, you cannot bend them at all. I also ordered the jungle wood which is shown as a curly thin branch and received a thick almost straight branch of wood. Overall not very happy with this purchase. I will add the enclose seems to be of good quality so if you aren't worried about the size discrepancies then it's still a good product.

Looks great. Love the two openings and the material is super clear. Plan to buy from them again.
