We ordered an item and it was delivered rather quickly. It turned out I ordered the wrong item quickly returned it to exchange. The process was simple and we received the replacement promptly. My chat messages were responded to very quickly and overall, this was a pleasant experience, even with ordering the wrong item. I would recommend getting costumes here if you need them and they are available, if for no reason other than the customer service.
