I ordered a size of 40w and there is no way on earth that they are. I have several different Vertx pants that fit great. But this style I’d say is closer to a 36w. Now I know why there was a no return policy with this style. I’m disgusted and most likely going to be buying all my pants from another company moving forward. I would recommend going up at least two waist sizes if ordering this style. But I wouldn’t waist your money
