Not enough time for a proper review. Should come with the bidet

I plugged it in, unplugged my toilet, and tested it. It worked. Bottom line is this should absolutely be included with the bidet. Add the money into the total price. It is crazy that you have to buy this separately.

Battery Return

Ordered a battery backup ,but ended up not using. Horow honored their return policy and issued a full refund. Very simple and straight forward. BTW, the smart toilet is amazing!!! Nice work!!

The product arrived quickly and in great shape. When the toilet I purchased from another vendor did not work, even though it was outside of the normal return window, they were kind enough to do a special review of my circumstances and granted a full refund.
