While the custom figure I recieved was in good condition, it was the completely wrong figure I had initially purchased. Reached out to get a replacement but was never sent the return label nor did I get the figure I had purchased to begin with. Pretty disappointed as you’d expect any company to reach back out and help or resolve a dispute as most of the companys ive puchased from have, with zero excuses.
