Sakura Chiffon Sandwich

We really loved this delicious cake. The amazing combination and balance of sweetness and light saltines of the light whipped cream, fluffy sponge cake, red bean paste and the sakura flowers. This is a very high quality and ingenious creation! So glad it is available in NYC.
