Package Loss Warranty

I wouldn’t know if it’s working since I’m only just using it for less than a week. When do you likely to see results and how do you even know it’s working? There’s little or no instructions given on how many drops you should take.

I would not say that the experience has not been poor but I would say that I feel a bit of a runaround going on all I want is my product I didn't ask for a refund and that seems to be my biggest problem. I would hope that these would be on this a little faster that I would get my product even though it has been lost or never shipped I want to try it that's all there is I think that it looks like a good product and I'd like to be able to try it who knows I might like other products but I can't even get the one I ordered so please like I said your rating should be higher but I'm feeling a little put out

Shipped to wrong address. i contacted the seller and they shipped it to my correct address. When i received the package and used it for the first time the roller nano needle head fell apart into 4 pieces and i wasn't able to put it back together to complete the first application. I contacted the seller again and im awaiting a response.
