Amazed. And worth every cent. I was paying for help to mop weekly, this pays for itself in 6 months! Do as it tells you and it does everything else for you. Clean or replace the mop pads as needed beyond what the machine can provide. I'm in love. My home is mopped 4x a day and vacuumed 8 x with 4 dogs I needed this!!!! My home smells nice when I walk in. I haven't had that on 2 years!
