Great communication and an even better deal

I can’t say enough good things about my experience ordering from these guys! I don’t live in the area so I couldn’t check things out in person, so I sent an email to get some more info on the 2025 The Goods one piece they had in stock and got an email back from Annie within an hour of reaching out. She gave me all the peace of mind I needed when she shared her credentials as a certified ump in several leagues (including NCAA) and assured me the bat was still in great game-legal shape. She also gave me some details on what the demo bats go thru - soft pitch with cage balls and baseballs, but they never see a pitching machine. I definitely got the impression they take above-average care of their demo bats. This combined with the pictures she provided had me sold, so I placed my order. 5 minutes later I get an email saying my bat was all boxed up and ready to ship, and it was on its way to me the next morning! It showed up 2 days later and I couldn’t be happier with it. The bat was basically brand new, no wear marks, grip in perfect shape, even the end cap was still smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from these guys again, can’t wait until the next time I pass thru MO to check out the store in person. Big thanks to Annie and the whole team at Prime Sports!!!
